Free Shipping on All Orders Within India We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered within India — no minimum order value required.

Delivery Timeline Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 8 PM.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Availability We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Receiving Orders:

• A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please provide an alternative receiver (e.g., family member, colleague, or neighbor).
• Mecarte Luxury Retails Private Limited is not liable for goods signed by an alternative person or for any damage after delivery.

Claims for Damages or Shortages:

• Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery.
