Free Shipping: We offer FOC shipping across the main locations in India.
International Shipping: We do not ship outside of India at the moment.
Shipping Location: Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Pallipuram, Kerala-India, by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
Shipping Time: 0-7 days within Kerala. 9-14 days outside Kerala[Maximum] - Depends on the Distance. Public holidays and other national holidays excluded.
Processing Time: Order deliveries will be made between 9am -8pm Monday - Saturday. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery.
Time to dispatch: We prepare and ship your product within 2 business days.
Receiving Policy: Mecarte Luxury Retails Private Limited takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person under the same details provided in the order.
Damages: Mecarte Luxury Retails Private Limited is not responsible for damage after delivery.
